Shipping
We accept orders to U.S. and Canada destinations only. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more in the 48 contiguous states excluding vacuum pipe, item #13101. All other orders will have a shipping charge added. We do not mark up shipping charges or add handling fees.
All orders are shipped FOB our shipping dock. Buyer is responsible for customs, duties and other import fees on shipments to Canada.
We incur a $10.00 per package fee from our carriers when we are provided with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. We pass these fees onto customers in these instances.
We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Orders placed by 12:00p are generally shipped the same day. We will contact you if any item ordered is out of stock and will not be shipped within five business days. Please allow up to seven days for delivery.
Shipping discrepancies must be brought to our attention within five days of receipt. Otherwise, the order will be considered complete.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The credit card is processed for on-line orders when placed and for phone orders when shipped. Money orders and cashier checks can be mailed to us and upon receipt, we will ship your order. Please call or e-mail in advance to determine exact invoice total. We cannot accept personal or company checks in advance, or ship orders COD.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice date. A 15% restocking fee is charged. The returned item must be in the original carton with all packing and paperwork and be salable as new. Please do not use the original carton as the shipping container. Credit will be issued upon inspection of returned goods. Shipping charges are not refundable. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denial of return.
Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to orders with Maryland destinations.
Privacy
We use encryption technology that protects all on-line transactions. We do not sell or give out your personal information.
Warranty and Repairs
We repair all products that we offer. We stand behind manufacturers' warranties on products that you purchase from us. Items should be sent freight prepaid to us., If under warranty, we will repair or replace at our discretion and ship back to you at no charge. If not under warranty, we will determine a repair estimate and contact you to obtain your approval. The repair cost and shipping fee will be charged to your credit card.
